Registration Page
The registration form is a Microsoft Word document. Click on the form link to bring the form up. You may use the form in one of several ways.
1. If you have Microsoft Word on your computer you can save a copy of the form onto your computer, open it in Word and replace the lines with the names and ages of your team members and save the form with those changes. Then you may email the form with your team's information to: hansfam@hickorytech.net
2. You can print out the registration form and fill in the
information the old fashion way... by hand with pen or pencil. Then mail your
completed form the old fashion way... via the US Postal Service to:

3. If all else fails, as a LAST resort you can call 833-5849 and give the required information to Coach Hanson. To help Coach out please use this as a last resort only.
